I’ve been posting these type of exercises a lot lately on my Instagram and it’s been very popular so I decided to put them together into a 5 minute easy pace workout that you can do outside, in your bikini and tone up your muscles without getting too much out of breath. Workout Breakdown
Time Challenge
- Knee up leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
- Plie squat leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
- Ballet hip raise/abduction x 20 (power band)
- Hip abduction / one leg push up x 5/5 (power band)
- Side plank leg lifts / Jump jack push ups x 6 alt. (power band)

I like the workout. I like these High Chair ones as something different. I have to agree with everyone though – it’s way easier and far more enjoyable with you talking rather than the music. However, I do understand that you might want a break from talking occasionally ! ๐

Hi Zu and friends! Last two exercises saved this workout, otherwise it would have been like a day off with only stretching…too light but I felt my abs with last two exercises. Now 15 min JR and Yoga practice. As everybody mentioned…I also prefer no music, with your voice and words! See you all, take care and a great weekend to everybody! ๐

I like the music too but I’d much rather hear your voice, Zuzka. The transitions between exercises were too fast that I couldn’t get the power band on in time without pausing the video. I did like the exercises though. I used my 5 lbs ankle weights for the first two exercises. I really need to work on my side planks and regular pushups. I’m still pretty wobbly on side planks especially with the power band on. ๐

No music please…. One of the reasons I love your videos is because you’re so easy to listen to and it helps me to follow along. I know where were at in the workout. A lot of the other workout videos, I have to stop doing since I get tired of the instructor. Not you, Zuzka!! Please keep the same format.

I prefer no music since I listen to my own music during workouts. Plus…I think one of the things that’s appealing about your workouts is just who you are, and that comes out when you’re talking. Not hearing your voice or seeing you talk felt like it wasn’t even a Zuzka workout at all; it could’ve been anyone standing there doing the moves.

Just finished and I am afraid I agree with everyone. The transitions were just too quick between exercises to get the band on and see what she was doing! Last two exercises were tough though, thanks for another good one Z!
