I’ve been posting these type of exercises a lot lately on my Instagram and it’s been very popular so I decided to put them together into a 5 minute easy pace workout that you can do outside, in your bikini and tone up your muscles without getting too much out of breath. Workout Breakdown
Time Challenge
- Knee up leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
- Plie squat leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
- Ballet hip raise/abduction x 20 (power band)
- Hip abduction / one leg push up x 5/5 (power band)
- Side plank leg lifts / Jump jack push ups x 6 alt. (power band)

I forced myself to do this 5 min w/o eventhough i’ve been having shoulder sore (Rt). Been looking up kinesiology exercise and it helped so much though not 100% yet but at least i could do the simple movements of exercises while waiting for my daughter’s activities and while watching tv. Anyway, i thought this 5 min wouldn’t hurt at all, but after 2 hours i could feel the burn in my hamstring and calf, whilst am recoevering from monster KB w/o and other super set upper body w/o. So now i’m left with my abs to be killed when have super energised energy:)
BTW, i do opt for Zuz’ verbal instruction more than music, though the music wasn’t bad. But i think kind of used to hearing her voice is motivating.

I’m with everyone else Zuzka! I find your voice so motivating that I prefer having your voice driving my workout than the music, unless it was in the background with you speaking over it 🙂

Can you talk over the music? I would love to still be able to hear instructions from you, like proper form and motivation during a workout.

Like the glute and leg workout but agree with the others. I like you keeping me going through the workout! The music somehow takes away from it.

As beautiful as that was to watch, I agree with others that the music takes away from that extra special sauce that makes your videos so awesome, and that’s your personality and encouragement. Maybe, like Rosangela suggestion, music in the background with your voice at the forefront would work.
But besides that, this workout looks fun and challenging. I love that you call it an “easy pace workout” because I’m pretty sure those leg lift jump jack push ups are going to kill me!

Great 5 min wo Zuzka. You are the most motivating fitness person I have ever followed. You are why I love your wo’s so much and have followed you consistently almost every day for years. its nice to look at this workout with music ofc. but if im gonna follow along with you i need your voice. i choose your workouts because of YOU. or could just google any workout and do it alone. hope youre not gonna choose music in all your videos from now on 🙁

I also prefer no music, just you talking to us. As others already have said – it feels more personal. 🙂 That is what is so special about you and your workouts and that’s exactly what I love the most – you giving us directions and encouragement. But I enjoyed the workout anyway. 🙂
