This is a perfect bonus routine you can do after the Lifted Butt Workout #18 you have scheduled for today. You can do them back to back or take a break between them. You won’t be completely out of breath after this routine, but be prepared for the last exercise – it’s not as easy as it looks. Try to challenge yourself with the small dumbbell. It does make a difference because it forces you to use the back of your legs and your glutes quite a lot to keep the dumbbell in place. Focus on your form and enjoy yourself!

Ditto. I almost skipped this because my butt and legs are still very much sore. And, I was literally screaming, cursing and crying doing yesterday’s workout which alarmed my husband and made him come watch what I was doing.

hehehehe We are in the same boat Barbara! I think that one leg mountain sliders is the real killer of our legs π I didn’t do today’s workout yet, because I am sad. My cat is missed. π I will try to exercise to get out of this cloud of sadness.

Amazing. All four combos just amazing. Specially last one, side plank abd/add. I did it with 1kg db.

Does anyone use this program in the gym? I can’t workout in the house as I have to do it early in the morning and will wake everyone in my house. Plus, the gym has all the kettle bells, etc that I need. If you do, do you play the video of her counting or just write down the exercises and listen to music?

I have done both. Playing the video of her has worked best when wearing bluetooth headphones. This way I can see her w/o being connected to or carrying around my device.

I almost never do it along (whether at home or outdoors). In rare cases I do, it gives me an idea of her pace as a mark/reference where I stand in my fitness level.
I much prefer doing my own rythm, either I print the workout breakdown (preferred so I can draw sketches in case of complex combo I won’t remember) or do a printscreen on my phone of the breakdown.

I watch the video first thing in the morning when I wake up. I have a little notebook and there I write all the Zgym workouts. Then I go to the gym (I have my own gym ) and I do the workout. If there are “new movements” then I play her video again, otherwise I just do it “without her” . I have to focus on form so I prefer to workout on my own pace.

Zuzka, I have to say that those pretzel things were weird and challenging. It was difficult to get my foot to maneuver around my knee without dragging my foot on my mat.

Hi Zu and friends! I also think that Zuzka body is ridiculously amazing! I do not know if I lost all my motivation now after seeing her abs or if I am boosted! Hhahahahah π come on…tell us your secret! I think I need to start a supplementation only eating veggies I will never get such abs…awesome! Keep it up Zu! I did this workout twice but I did not use weights, instead I used power band and it was good, all exercises are very nice! In the evening I will practice Yoga and few stretches…maybe a Power Yoga. The pretzel were challenging due to lack of flexibility to pass to foot from one side to the other ;(
