Today I want to share with you my own favorite “basics” routine I do here and there when I want an extra upper body and abs bonus. It’s also a way for me to practice handstand. Just to let you know, it took me a long time to get to this stage. You might be able to progress a lot faster if you have more time each day to spend practicing the handstand exercises. All I can commit to is a few minutes of practice here and there on top of my regular ZGYM workouts. That said, you can still make a progress even if you’re super busy. I’m giving myself another year to progress into the 2 minute free standing handstand. I don’t care how long is it going to take me, I still have an entire life ahead of me 😉

This routine is really for everyone who likes to feel the burn. Your abs are going to be on fire after just couple minutes. You can add this after each one of your ZGYM workouts if your goal is to take your core training to the next level. Just follow along with me!

    Great! Are you reading my mind? ;)) I’ve been just thinking of a set of exercises that helps to get into handstanding in more stable way. I actually can do it without a wall for 5-10 sec, but I want to polish the technique of obtaining the position.

    This was fun! I enjoyed trying the different techniques to get into the handstand. I was able to get into the handstand with the help of the balance ball, this was my first time trying it:)

    I haven’t done one in awhile! It was a great 5 minute add on to the 8 min tabata:) Now off to more mobility training.

    Delightful! 💖 Magnificent bonus workout 💓 I had no success with the yoga wheel today, my leg seems to be glued to the wheel and cannot lift it up. But I definitely want to learn this 😊

      It seems to me that a yoga wheel takes up space in my house only so that once a year I unsuccessfully try to do something with it in this beautiful short routine 🤔🙃😄
