I’m a total junkie for a new home exercise equipment. It brings more fun into my training and I like the challenge of learning new moves and skills. Besides, every time you challenge yourself with something new, you’re making even better progress because you’re forcing your body to adapt to a new stimuli which always comes with gains. The Terra Core bench is a real treat for me. Here’s my question to you guys, would you like me to make a workout program using the Terra Core? I know that not all of you are interested to spend money on another exercise equipment, but if you do happen to be interested, let me know in the comments. Maybe if there’s enough of you guys who would like a new series in the ZGYM or a stand alone program, I could get us a good discount. Right now I have for you a 25% coupon code “Zuzka” which you can use at VicoreFitness.com
Don’t forget to check my Instagram today. I will be announcing the winner of the Terra Core Giveaway.

Love seeing you get a challenge.. I would never be able to afford this, as many others have said… If you could give a cheaper alternative, like you have with all other equipment, that would be awesome… So far, my most expensive equipment was my newest KB, I had to upgrade to 35lbs!!… Once I get !y garage organized though, my most expensive will be the pull up bar you have, right now I have a doorway one!! It works for now.. Love you Z.

I also have a doorway one and use it all the time, but while you are saving money, look around on craigslist, ebay,, yardsale sites, and used sports stores like play it again sports as i found one like Zuzka’s but better, as it has a dip station for dips and leg raises on the opposite site for $50.00 at play it again! I have it in my garage and use it when i do my workouts but use the doorway ones more acutally.

I will do that for sure! Thank you… We have been searching for a punching bag on those sites cause hubby wants one. Perfect! 🙂

Do you have a play it again sports near you. I found a punching bag, 60 lb for $25 but I want a stand as i have a hard time hanging it. My daughter is the one who wanted it though

No I’ve never heard of that. Yes we want one with a stand as well.

I would love to see any workouts that involve the bosu ball, the ugi balls, or the sandbag. I have all these pieces of equipment from all my years when I followed you on Bodyrock, that seem to be sitting around and not being used as often.

I agree with everyone about no more fitness equipment for the same reasons. Too expensive, no room and nonminimal. When I started following you 6 years ago , the equipment just kept getting added. At first my husband built me a dip station then I got the Equilizer which I really dont like. I bought a sandbag, ball, kettlebells, sliders (but ended up buying felt sheets which were only a few cents), doorway pullup bar that didn’t work in my RV so I sold it. I love my sandbag though. If you start a new series, please, please make it a sandbag one. Mine holds up to 50 lbs. I’m sure some if the members on here have one. I use it every week for some heavy weight exercises. Also, I would love new beach workout. I’ll be going to the Gulf soon. Last time there I had a lot of fun doing your last one.
Anyways, this Terrace Core thing looks so cool and so fun. If my gym offered a class with it, I would definitely take the class. I love you Zuzka. Have a great weekend! <3 🙂

Zuzka, we LOVE your workouts, my boyfriend and I do them every morning (he’s relatively new to them and loves them too!). I like the idea of incorporating new equipment, just maybe with alternatives as far as equipment. Back in bodyrock days I used a walker as a dip station and it worked pretty well! We will give this workout a shot with the bosu ball and balance board we already have (and never use!…yay for getting them out to play with!). My guess is the results will be similar as far as the balance challenge and having to use core more than usual.
That’s my two cents, thank you again!

I think its a great concept and it looks like a lot of fun to incorporate this into the workouts, however like everyone said, I don’t think I can afford this type of equipment:( Plus I don’t want to pay this much and not use it as often as the others.

I really don’t want to buy and store another piece of equipment either. It does look fun though.
How about a fun handstand series? I have so much fun doing them!! Now anytime I’m being active outdoors with my kids I feel like busting out a handstand….neighbors will think I’m crazy lol

My feelings mirror many others who have commented. Looks like fun and maybe increases the challenge in some moves, but I have no desire to purchase it. I have power bands, KBs, DBs, exercise ball, and a jump rope, and the only other workout tools I want to add is a pull up bar and a bosu ball. However, I wouldn’t mind at all if you designed a special program for those who have this item or something similar. All the moves in this workout can be done simply replacing with dumbbells, and I am able to modify any of Zuzka’s workouts to fit my needs and equipment and it would be the same for this series as well I’m sure. Not to mention the vast other Zgym workouts that keep me plenty busy!
Zuzka, your outfit in this video is so badass and pretty!

So far I’ve loved all of Zuzka’s recommendations for equipment, because they’re cheap, really effective and don’t take up much room. The sliders, jump rope and power bands are especially good for travel, and they’re really cheap. I love the Kettlebell workouts too. New equipment always gives the workouts a fresh feel and keeps things interesting. However, the Terracore doesn’t really fit into this category. It’s huge and expensive! It wouldn’t fit into my living room (I already have a chest in there filled with my Zgym equipment!), so personally I wouldn’t be interested. Please do keep coming up with new ideas though – I’m always interested to try something new 😊

My thoughts exactly! Sliders , bands are great – effective, portable and cheap , terrracore doesn’t fit in the category .
