Workout Breakdown
Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes
- 20 reps - Backward Lunge Kick Up - (L x10)(R x10)
- 5 reps - Ballerina Plie Squat / Ballerina Balance Squat
- 10 reps - Deadlift / Overhead Backward lunge (on each leg)
- 10 reps - Balance Squat Pulses
- 10 reps - Push Up / Deadlift
I’m a total junkie for a new home exercise equipment. It brings more fun into my training and I like the challenge of learning new moves and skills. Besides, every time you challenge yourself with something new, you’re making even better progress because you’re forcing your body to adapt to a new stimuli which always comes with gains. The Terra Core bench is a real treat for me. Here’s my question to you guys, would you like me to make a workout program using the Terra Core? I know that not all of you are interested to spend money on another exercise equipment, but if you do happen to be interested, let me know in the comments. I could be wrong, as I haven’t seen this video yet, but it looks like most if not all exercises done with this equipment could be done without it anyway? Also, since the entire weekly schedule is posted at the beginning of the week, if someone wished to try a different workout other than the Terra Core one they could simply see what area that workout targeted and choose another to do in its place from the library. 🙂

moves on instable surface is total different dimension and works different muscles and helps preventing injuries.
these are used by physio to rehab and from athlete to train. So I am totally for a series using instable surface.
It is not always about intensity and power. I have suggested Z to propose alternative with inflated disc…and have talked about it in my comments in the past years. Those are only 15 usd, maybe even other cheaper instable options do exist that I am not aware of.

I would not mind more equipment but I think I would only get this if it was under 75 – 80 US dollars, it is a bit pricey. It also does seem kind of bulky (although i could use it at a seat in my basement workout area when not in use), I’d rather use a Bosu since its a little more compact. I’m only 5’2 I think the TerraCore might be bigger than I am lol.

I’d love to see new workouts with terra core bench. People can be creative and do the workout without it. It will be of course less intense, but still doable. For some exercices, we can use the swiss ball or Ugi ball…or any other equipment to make the exercice more challenging. Some people have the BOSU too.

If you did a Terra Core series, I’d purchase one. It looks amazing! I don’t want to purchase it until you decide though because I want to make sure I’d use it (and if I don’t have you motivating me to use it, it’ll probably just sit there collecting dust😂). I really hope you decide to do a series with the terra core, and if not with the terra core then with the bosu or inflatable discs. Please keep us posted! Thank you, Zuzka!

I literally just got a doorway pull-up bar, new ball that actually holds air and is the right size, jump rope and assist band in the mail today (all from recommendations from your website). I can’t keep up with new equipment. I was just now feeling that I was finally equipped to do the workouts, although I need to learn to jump rope better and am not sure about jumping upstairs on the carpet where all my other equipment is so I’ll have to see how to do mixed workouts. I would maybe buy one of the cheap knockoff bosu balls eventually if it really got a lot of use but I bought the dip station a little while back and it never gets used. The appeal for me (other than your awesome personality) was the simplicity of equipment and space needed and shortness of the workouts. I see how some weights and other equipment has been beneficial but I’m a ZGym member and really look forward to the new workouts. I would be bummed every time one of these workouts came on and I couldn’t do it. I know you have a LOT of workouts to choose from but we have to make so many important decisions in our lives, I love not having to think about or plan out what workout I’m going to do (look up why Mark Zuckerberg where’s a gray shirt with jeans every single day!). Anyways if you did this every now and then as a ZSpecial, maybe give us an alternative workout to do if we don’t have the Terra Core?? Or do an entire series that is separate from the weekly workout schedule (like Bunny Slope). Just suggestions, I would’ve preferred that the introduction to this equipment didn’t use up the slot for a new 5min workout (I look forward to those even though they are not for ZGym members and we are provided with another workout, I usually just do the bonus 5min workout since it’s Friday and the other workout is a repeat. Ok I’m done. Not complaining, just expressing. Thanks!! ❤️
