I’m a total junkie for a new home exercise equipment. It brings more fun into my training and I like the challenge of learning new moves and skills. Besides, every time you challenge yourself with something new, you’re making even better progress because you’re forcing your body to adapt to a new stimuli which always comes with gains. The Terra Core bench is a real treat for me. Here’s my question to you guys, would you like me to make a workout program using the Terra Core? I know that not all of you are interested to spend money on another exercise equipment, but if you do happen to be interested, let me know in the comments. Maybe if there’s enough of you guys who would like a new series in the ZGYM or a stand alone program, I could get us a good discount. Right now I have for you a 25% coupon code “Zuzka” which you can use at VicoreFitness.com
Don’t forget to check my Instagram today. I will be announcing the winner of the Terra Core Giveaway.

I love your exercise programs thanks to limited equipment – less is more! Too much equipment makes it overwhelming.

I ended up doing this wo without the terra core but it still was kinda intense, I used my 12 db and 40 lb kb standing on yoga blocks for dead lifts. Whatever you do Zuzka it would be fine, like you said there are hundreds of other wo to choose from especially now with you putting wo’s you suggest in the wo line-up every week. I don’t want to do the same hum drum wo’s I like the way you always mix it up. So thank you for that. I’m with everyone else also, Love the new sports bra and shorts and would love another kind of summer shred series!!!!
Thanks for all you do!!!!

Hi Zuzka:
I know there’s been a lot of response to this topic but after reading a lot of the comments it seems like the reaction from many of the members stems from feeling “left out”, if that makes sense. You have built a fantastic community and everybody loves to be part if it. I know I get very excited every time I see a new work out or a recipe. I’m sure that those opposing to a series with the Terracore are simply opposing because it would mean seeing new fun stuff posted that they can not try to replicate in the same exact way you do.
That being said; I do feel like you’ve put a lot of effort in pointing out alternative work outs on your schedules and that makes it even easier to pick another work out, especially when the expert is the one handpicking it for you! I, for example, have a very hard time doing the jump rope stuff, so I either pretend or just do another “cardio-ey” exercise or simply pick another work out (and there is plenty to pick from).
I think of it in this way: You have the Terracore, and you are going to use it whether if it’s in front of the cameras or not… so, might as well use it in front of the camera, show us some new moves and maybe some of us could even buy a bosu ball in the future 🙂

I have no problem with Zuzka trying new equipment, even if it is not something I will use. She has plenty of workouts to choose from – or I could modify.
I have a dip station, sandbag, jump rope, exercise bands, pull up assist band, pull up bar ( a closet rod in a doorway), hex dumbells, exercise ball, kettle bells, a full weight set, a small punching bag and a large one for punching & kicking. I put 1″ thick interlocking mats on the floor of my formal living room (it gets lots of natural light and has a huge mirror). In my former house I built a workout room with mat flooring and mirrors covering one wall, but I don’t have a spare room for that I’m my current house.
I enjoy Zuzka’s workouts, which I do most often, but I sometimes do heavy weightlifting and sometimes do martial arts workouts because I also enjoy those too.
If I find a terracore or a bosu ball at a garage sale (or on the roadside on the special trash days) I will get it. I try to be patient and wait until I find a cheap or free used one (I got two workout wall mirrors free on one of those trash days, and got a weight rack cheap at a garage sale, and a used kettlebell for a cheap price).
All that being said…my favorite is still body weight.

I also prefer no terracore as cool as it looks. My husband will kill me if I buy any more equipment.

Gosh it’s like riot here! I’m always up for trying new things in training as our bodies are clever and get used to things quickly. That said switching things up is a good thing😁 I personally think that the price is the biggest problem (even tho I would consider saving up) and the shipping outside of the US. If people could be given an alternative as a bosu or balance boards, maybe more people would embrace it as it takes up less space, it’s easier to get hold of and is more affordable. Also as many people said before there are loads of other WO to choose from and beat your personal best. It’s impossible to make everyone happy.. Working out at home is really convenient and saves me loads of time so if I have to sacrifse some space for my gym gear I’m ok with that. And my place is tiny especially with 2 young boys and a mountain of toys!

Zu, I think this would be a great addition to the Zgym! It’s important to challenge the body in new ways and I love that you are always thinking outside of the box for us! While I may not be able to swing for the Terracore, I did snag a BOSU ball on the cheap (Target sale!) and found this and the sandbag quite sufficient in completing the workout. One of the many things I appreciate most about Zgym is that you provide us with OPTIONS. There is always a modification for the exercise listed depending upon individual fitness level. Additionally, the suggestions from the brilliant minds reflected in this community are so helpful!! I read the comments often and learn SO much from others and how they approach the routines in a way to meet their needs. This led me to purchasing the BOSU ball and using my old sandbag. I personally enjoyed the challenge of this routine and I’m excited about what is to come! Perhaps a compromise would be to do what you already do: provide modifications for those who have similar equipment and for those that don’t.
So incredibly appreciate your constant effort and creativity with these amazing workouts!! Thank you!!

I would like you to explore the Terra Core. You Zuzka need to do what is best for your own training. Right now I am not a member of Zgym, but as these seem to be proposed as part of the 5 minutes workouts on YouTube feel I can weigh in on it. I have a Bosu Ball and a Sandbag. Both can be used with a little creativity I think to do any Terra Core workout Zuzka cooks up. Probably would buy a Terra Core at half price. Or create something similar.

I would love to try the Terra Core workout. I have a bosu I will use for now until I can get one. If it wasn’t for you, I never would have purchased my pull-up set and I absolutely love it and can’t imagine not having it as part of the home gym. I am up for a new challenge!
