I’m a total junkie for a new home exercise equipment. It brings more fun into my training and I like the challenge of learning new moves and skills. Besides, every time you challenge yourself with something new, you’re making even better progress because you’re forcing your body to adapt to a new stimuli which always comes with gains. The Terra Core bench is a real treat for me. Here’s my question to you guys, would you like me to make a workout program using the Terra Core? I know that not all of you are interested to spend money on another exercise equipment, but if you do happen to be interested, let me know in the comments. Maybe if there’s enough of you guys who would like a new series in the ZGYM or a stand alone program, I could get us a good discount. Right now I have for you a 25% coupon code “Zuzka” which you can use at VicoreFitness.com
Don’t forget to check my Instagram today. I will be announcing the winner of the Terra Core Giveaway.

I don’t understand people who say no more new equipment. If you really feel this way just do workouts that utilize the equipment you currently own. I purchased the Terra Core with Zuzka’s code and would love to see a Terra Core series. My pull up bars are not assembled so I haven’t done workouts that use those, but I will. Adding new workouts and equipment will add variety, and we can pick and choose. Yes, Zuzka!! More Terra Core!!

I did this just now, though i added 1 minute jumprope such as the moves from JR fitslide #4 and made it 2 rounds. I used my Bosu, the flat side since it is more challenging. I Liked it ok, but not a favorite. I really found the fitslide more challenging yesterday, but i understand not all workouts have to be like that. I think i will use this workout without the JR as add ons to my routines as a skill to practice along with my pull ups and handstand practice. If Zuzka can get a decent discount for us, i may purchase one as i would use it along with my routines. i am one of those that love new toys. I may try this next time with my 6lb vest.

I always wear my 6lb vest! It is a game changer for me, especially in body-weight only workouts. But I wear it for ALL workouts. Love it so much.

Super cool piece of equipment, but way too expensive (even with 25% off) and don’t really have room to store it at home. If it were not so expensive, though, I think I’d be more open to making room for it. It looks very cool.

I’m down for terra-core workouts Z 🙂 If I don’t buy it straight away I still have access to a bosu, and I enjoy all training styles too and pushing myself in many ways. Plus I love seeing all kinds of creativity with workout combos, even if at times I’m unable to join in straight away!
Go for it is what I think, it’s your site and your training we’re following 🙂

Dear Zuzka,
I love your workouts, however, I love them very much because of little or no equipment used. I use weights and Kettlebells and I have a Pullup Bar. Sometimes I go somewhere with space and use a Jump Rope.
You offer a lot of workouts and if you use new equipment, I can always go back and do one of the old workouts. But I really do look forward to new workouts and when I try to follow a new workout and then I realise “oh, Power band, I have to modify that” then “oh, sliding plates, I will have to substitute that” and then something else still, it gets a little bit tedious.
I have a small apartement, but my main reason for not buying “fancy” equipment is that it ist most often a piece of plastic, that I will use 3 times and then it will fill a landfill somewhere. I just don’t want to do this for a workout that I can also do with just my body. And consider how many pieces of plastic for all of your followers!
Of course you can do whatever you like on your site, I would recommend to clearly split workouts that use “stuff” from workouts with just bodyweight or maybe a jump rope. It’s easier to plan my workouts that way. That gets a little bit hard when pieces of equipment are incorporated in a lot of workouts “silently”.
Have a nice day and thank you for your work!

Hi guys this Terror Core looks amazing I really would love to buy one but as I live in UK it would end up costing around $300 so £300 and thats with Zuzka discount so I will try and save and would go back to the series if Z decides to do one. Its about moving forward with your body and not hitting a plateau and trying new things. It is very expensive and Im gutted I can’t Get one yet. I say do a series for the people that can afford one and have the space and for that one day I am sure I can choose an awesome workout on here. I want everyone to be happy 🙂 oxox

I wont get the terracore (space and cost), but dont have a problem if you do a series on this equipment. Especially if alternatives are available/modifications for bosu.
Its great you are adding variety to the zgym, and I dont mind finding an alternative workout when necessary. Id like a series dedicated to improving balance, also using the balance ball and bodyweight balance exercises.
We may be paying zgym members and have specific workout tastes, but you arent anyones personal trainer, and this isnt supposed to be a tailor made schedule. Adding workouts you enjoy is important, and as long as a particular rare piece of equipment doesnt dominate the future of the zgym, then i dont mind.

Hi Zuzka and friends…just now I saw this 5 min workout with this equipment…and so many comments! I am not interested in a program using this equipment. I just want to say an option should have been given for those who does not have the equipment to do the workout. Even the workout being free on Youtube, it does not mean you should exclude Zgym members of doing it because an option was not given to the members (of course we can select thousands of others 5 min workouts but this is not the matter)…you could just say that everybody could do this workout without the equipment if they do not have it…very simple. This is what I will do. See you all and take care.
