  1. L-Sit Calve Roll x 10
  2. Hard Core Egg Roll Thigh Massage x 10
  3. Upper Back Massage with Hip Lift Knee Abduction x 10

This is just a bonus workout, make sure to do your ZGYM training first. You will be nicely warmed up and your muscles will benefit from this deep tissue massage session.

For this routine you’re going to need your foam roller. If you’re wondering what foam roller you should get for your home workouts and deep tissue massages, here’s a perfectly good 36inch foam roller you can buy online. As you can see these are quite inexpensive, but offer a lot of benefits. I use my foam roller a lot – especially after hard workouts to prevent any muscle soreness, stiffness and mobility issues. If you want to get more flexible, try to massage your muscles before you stretch them – you’ll notice a big difference.

    I only love soft foam roller, they feel like hands massaging you. the texture grabs flesh and then squishes it around your bones. I can’t use standard roller any more as they feel just pressing. If I had to have only one single piece of equipment it would be it (and a sport’s bra,ha,ha…the rest I can live and move without)

    I absolutely adore my foam roller! All equipments that I bought to be able to do your workouts are the best investments that I have done, foam roller included. The benefits that it brings when taking the time to massage our muscles after an intense workout are amazing. This five minute bonus workout was a real treat and I have to say that exercise #2 was quite challenging! Happy Friday everyone ☺️

    I did lifted butt this morning and it was so hot, that I couldn’t do anything else. So I am saving this one for Sunday, after Stretch and tone.

    love these combos, I started adding #3 to my stretches after I saw it on your IG account. #2 scares me a little, rolling over my knees, so only did the hard core egg portion of the exercise.
