This workout will target your glutes and the equipment you’ll need is a kettlebell and power band. I personally really enjoy working my lower body and this workouts is really fun so feel free to repeat it 2 more times for a really intense 15 minute butt workout.

Hi, Zuzka. Thanks for the great work out. I was wondering if you were planning to do some X ones for 12 mins body series or any other series. I feel like I haven’t seen Xs for a while now, so I keep coming back to the ones which have X. Of course, I go easy on myself sometimes too but I like X ones a lot in general!

Is it just me or are the video’s coming on later everyday..?? Not complaining, but can’t figure out if it’s my system not working or just a later upload? I’m in Europe. Anyway, have a nice weekend!!! Xxx

Yp, later and later. The only time I can do workout is in the morning, but now that workouts are posted late I have to skip them and finde something else.

Considering the time zone differences for all of the ZGym members, I don’t see how it’s possible for her to guarantee that the workouts will be posted at a certain time unless she posts them like 2 days in advance. She has followers that are 20 hours difference for time or more. If she uploaded a video right now, 2:15pm Los Angeles time, those of us in that time zone would have it available when we wake up tomorrow morning but it’s already after 6:00am in other parts of the world. If they are early morning exercisers, they will have missed it. Can’t please everybody, unfortunately.

When I was in Vietnam, I was 13 hours ahead and, for obvious reasons, I wasn’t complaining about her workouts “not being posted on time…”

She says she uploads them midnight in LA. There is no common sense needed to know what time that translates to in all other parts of the world. So no need to get nasty about that.
They used to be posted at midnight LA time which was 9 am here. Now they are posted later probably. That was just the question I asked, is my system not uploading correctly or are the posted later. So, no need to get into a cramp about it. I’ll do my workout now, thanks Zuzka ๐

I am in the same time zone as Zuzka. The workouts have been consistently posted between 10 pm and 12 am PST. I know this because I check almost every night that a new workout is to be posted.

I’m also working out in the mornings and in a completely different time zone, I just do the workouts one day later which works out even better for me because I prefer 5 min Saturday than 5 minute Friday ๐

same here. I usually watch the video while drinking my morning coffee and take notes of the workouts (I don’t do them as follow-along), and noticed the delay. I don’t mind at all , I am just addicted , ha,ha.
I am started the biking again and anyways reshuffling the schedule according to my weekly availability to equipments and to other sports.

Wow!! Loved this workout!! I completed a total
Of 10 minutes: 4 rounds plus 7 deadlift/squat combos. I used my 40lb “beast” for the deadlift/squat combos and made this a small x for me. ๐

Same problem here, I made it a 15-minute AMRAP with 12kg kettlebell and barely broke a sweat. I guess I could have used my barbell and replaced the deadlift-squat combo with bear complexes or something. Maybe something to try next time.

I really need a beast desperately as well. It was a warm up for me with my 25lb KB but so much fun still. I did the second recommeneded 5 min workout on the schedule. I marked this as a favorite. Thank you Z!
