This workout will target your glutes and the equipment you’ll need is a kettlebell and power band. I personally really enjoy working my lower body and this workouts is really fun so feel free to repeat it 2 more times for a really intense 15 minute butt workout.

    Great wo. Did double amount of reps with my 26 lbs KB. I’m sure is not the same, but… anyway did 2R + 8 of 2nd

    Did LBS#3X today, but then added this one with 20kg as a buy out as I hate to miss new kettlebell workouts! Marked as favourite.

    This was a great finisher to my jump rope workout today. Loved the combo of the kettlebell and bands. Added it to my favourites

    I did this after Cardio Shred #31. I used blocks and a book to do all my deadlifts and squats elevated, using my 45 lbs KB. I completed 1 round and all of #1. Definitely went slower with #1 to go as low as possible without rounding my back.

    Great butt add-on!! I appreciate this!

    Awesome butt workout!!! I kept going after five minutes, kept going till you stopped, got through 9 deadlift-squats in the 3rd round–my kb is only twenty, but I also used it for 10/10 weighted clams instead of the hip abductions, because I don’t have a band. Following with the slider set ๐Ÿ˜€

    Modified to add more upper body:

    Exercises 1-4 then
    5. 10 push-ups
    6. 10 dips
    7. 10 pull-ups

    2 rounds.

    40kg is my new beasts I use them for dead lifts all the time great butt workout xoxo
