Get your monster kettlebell ready. If you don’t have a Monster, get a Beast. In other words, you will need a really heavy weight for your deadlifts. I’m deadlifting 90lbs which is about 2/3 of my own bodyweight. It’s quite heavy. If you like my beautiful Monster, you can purchase your own from Onnit. Even tho I don’t use this kettlebell in my workouts, I still enjoy having this thing at home and being able to do a set of deadlifts here and there for a quick butt lift.

I encourage you to do your best to complete 2 full rounds of these 4 exercises within the 5 minute count down. I didn’t do it, but I know you can!!

 

Workout Breakdown

  1. Wall Plank x 10
  2. Crab dance push up x 10 alt. sides
  3. Deadlift x 10
  4. Ballerina Reverse Squat x 10

    If Im gonna get something to do deadlift I will get dumbells. because you can do Deeper Range of Motion and you can do Squats&lunges with that too. and also they can be cheaper

    Zuzka, this wo was so much fun!!! I did it 3X. Also, for #3: 20 X ( instead of 10 X – no Monster KB) with my 45lb Beast. xoxo

    I broke the rules and did a 10 min a amrap. I complete 2 full rounds and all the way up to 2 reps of the reverse squats for a total of 112 reps.

    Really enjoyed this one. The wall plank is harder than it looks. The front of my quads burned. Thanks for another great fit Friday workout!

    I’ve never done wall planks before. Definitely an awesome wo! Need to practice the wall planks. Can we please do more of them Zuzka? Wish I had a backyard like yours to wo in. Have a great weekend! Happy Day!
    PS. Went ahead and finished the full 2 rounds (over 5 mins). Used my 44 lb kettlebell…

    This was a great one! I used my recliner chair for #1 because I don’t have a wall to jump my feet on. I kind of think it made it more challenging because on a wall your feet can land high or low but I had to make sure my feet landed on the seat. I haven’t upgraded to a beast KB yet because I have a 40 lbs sandbag but I can’t really do KB swings with it. I need a monster because I can deadlift more wt. Have a wonderful weekend everyone. 🙂

      put your dumbbells in your sandbag it will be 40+12pond 52pound weight or put your kettlebell if it fits which will give u 66pound weight to do deiadlift with 😀

        Good idea. I’ll have to see if my 25lb KB or my dumbbells will fit – I have 3, 5, 8, 10 and 15 lbs set. Thanks 🙂
