Get your monster kettlebell ready. If you don’t have a Monster, get a Beast. In other words, you will need a really heavy weight for your deadlifts. I’m deadlifting 90lbs which is about 2/3 of my own bodyweight. It’s quite heavy. If you like my beautiful Monster, you can purchase your own from Onnit. Even tho I don’t use this kettlebell in my workouts, I still enjoy having this thing at home and being able to do a set of deadlifts here and there for a quick butt lift.
I encourage you to do your best to complete 2 full rounds of these 4 exercises within the 5 minute count down. I didn’t do it, but I know you can!!

It’s funny because yesterday I chose to do deadlifts with a 35 lbs KB in one hand and 45 lbs KB in the other. I don’t have the money right now to buy a Monster. That’s pretty expensive. Maybe in a few months…..80 lbs is actually a bit over 2/3 my bodyweight, so I think this achieves the goal anyway. 🙂
I really enjoyed this workout and the incorporation of very heavy deadlifts. I can see my butt lifting in the mirror! Haha. I also did the reverse squats without using a KB for balance, maintaining the balance on my own. That was fun. The first exercise was a new concept to me and was very elating! Loved it.
I completed 2 rounds and exercises #1, 2, and 4 reps of #3 in 5 min. I continued onto 15 minutes and completed 4 rounds and 4 reps of #1.

I don’t have the Monster yet and planned to do this workout at my gym tomorrow…But I couldn’t resist so I doubled the reps and did it with my Beast. It took me some time to find the right hand position to do the wall plank though, I think my feet tended to slip downwards by the tenth rep, but YES really cool workout, really loved it!

Nice workout did burpees jump tuck instead of wall planks and used my 40kg kettlebell can’t remember its weight in pounds.

Absolutely love this. I don’t have smthg that heavy, so I did 20 deadlifts with 45lbs. I know it isn’t the same, but… still it felt hard.

Wow these 5 minutes were tough for me. Especially those crab dance and I did modified push ups! I deadlifted 65lbs using a bar because I have small KB but I wanted a challenge! Thanks for another amazing workout zuzka! xoxo

Well, I have to say that I was a little bit disappointed that you took the bikini out of the mix. Given that my husband is following this program with me, I really wanted to see him do it in a bikini.

I did this workout today before SS #2x. I couldn’t workout yesterday due to a minor procedure done on Thursday.
I used my Beastie (35lb) and my NEW 45lb Beast (It arrived in the mail yesterday!) together for the deadlifts and just switched hands for the second round (I did while Zuzka was talking after the timer went off). Thank you F.P for making that suggestion.

Hi Z!!!
I have been MIA for weeks, and I apologize! I’ve been doing workouts, but only ones modified for body-weight routines.
That said, I did 2 rounds, in 10 minutes, of this tonight as follows:
Walk / run 3/4 mile to the local high school, and then:
10 Wall planks – these are not easy!!! whew!!!
10 Crab dance push-ups
10 James Bond lunges
10 Squat to leg-lifts
10 / 10 Reptile plank to toe-touch
Walked about 1 mile back home after getting so sweaty my makeup was starting to run.. 🙂
