Get your monster kettlebell ready. If you don’t have a Monster, get a Beast. In other words, you will need a really heavy weight for your deadlifts. I’m deadlifting 90lbs which is about 2/3 of my own bodyweight. It’s quite heavy. If you like my beautiful Monster, you can purchase your own from Onnit. Even tho I don’t use this kettlebell in my workouts, I still enjoy having this thing at home and being able to do a set of deadlifts here and there for a quick butt lift.

I encourage you to do your best to complete 2 full rounds of these 4 exercises within the 5 minute count down. I didn’t do it, but I know you can!!

 

Workout Breakdown

  1. Wall Plank x 10
  2. Crab dance push up x 10 alt. sides
  3. Deadlift x 10
  4. Ballerina Reverse Squat x 10

    I liked this as a full workout so I did 5 rounds. The wall jumps were hard fun! x

    This was super fun! Used my 40lb Papa Bell. I did an extra 5 reps of deadlift (to follow along with Zuzka). 1.5 rounds total.

    This was awesome!!! Don’t have a 90 lbs kb but did it with my 35lbs. Still worth it!!!! 🙂

    Hi Zu and friends…this one is also done…good one! Wall plank is awesome! Loved it…my legs were shaking. Instead of deadlifts I did 10 burpees. I did 2 rounds with extra time. Within 5 min 1 round +exercise 1+4 reps of 2. See you all, take care. Score- 1-10, 2-10, 3-10 (burpees), 4-10-2 rounds
