I did this bonus workout after I finished my high intensity full length training to add that final extra burn to every major muscle group. It was fun, challenging and completely satisfying to squeeze out the last little bit of energy I had in me. Followed by refreshing shower and nourishing dinner, it’s just the best way to end my day. All you need is one slider and a medium size kettlebell. Pay an extra attention to your form and make your bonus workout count. It will pay off.

  1. Crab kick up to slide kick push up x 5/5
  2. Curtsy lunge pass under to goblet squat with KB x 10 alt. sides
  3. Pigeon slide to dancer’s stretch x 5/5
  4. Heel elevated plie squat x 16

    This looks phenomenal and fun. I love your workouts where we twist from “prone” exercises to “supine” exercises. Feels fantastic and really amazing for sense of balance and core control. Love it. Can’t wait til the morning! I know it’s intended to be a bonus workout, but I often like to do these workouts 2-4 times (depending on my time constraints and energy levels) because they usually make great full length workouts, too. This looks like something worth doing 3-4 times….. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ I am probably going to use my 45 lbs KB for #4. Sweet dreams everyone in PST time zone!!!

    I did this routine 4 times, and I did #4 with my 45 lbs KB on blocks. It was pleasant and perfect for today. I like the combos a lot. It required a lot of my concentration, so it was like a meditation. ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you!

    Hi Zu and friends, I skipped this one since I was busy yesterday and had a kids party to go in the evening. I just did 15 min yoga practice and 2 min chaturanga holds. I will do this one on Sunday. See you all, take care.

    i got mixed up on the pigeon leg, dancer stretch. you were switching legs wrt the slider?

    Hi Zu…I did this one today. Actually I am pretty sore of yesterday yoga class (I practiced 1:20 Ashtanga Yoga advanced) and my arms are gone…in the morning I did an IG workout with 36 deep lunges with leg elevated and 100 skaters. I think I am done for the day. See you all tomorrow, a nice week to everybody!
