We were traveling at the beginning of this week to Boise Idaho to shoot some workouts and photos for Bodybuilding.com as many of you know already from my Facebook and Instagram. I didn’t miss the opportunity to do a workout in my hotel room so I decided to change up this week’s schedule to give you this workout ASAP while it’s still relevant 🙂 I’m wearing my new socks I got at the L.A. Fit Expo. Aren’t they just the most awesome socks you’ve ever seen?? 🙂 I love them
