We were traveling at the beginning of this week to Boise Idaho to shoot some workouts and photos for Bodybuilding.com as many of you know already from my Facebook and Instagram. I didn’t miss the opportunity to do a workout in my hotel room so I decided to change up this week’s schedule to give you this workout ASAP while it’s still relevant 🙂 I’m wearing my new socks I got at the L.A. Fit Expo. Aren’t they just the most awesome socks you’ve ever seen?? 🙂 I love them

    Those socks are awesome! I’d love to gt a pair of those. I completed 3 rounds but it took 10 mins. Criss-cross knee hug was great on abs. Happy Friday to everyone!

    YAY!!! A workout from my hometown! I still cannot believe you were here! You have been my inspiration for 4 years now and I am very slowly getting the body I’ve wanted for years now. Thank you for these fun workouts we get everyday and thank you for being real! I love having you as my workout buddy and all your encouragement helps so much! Whenever I feel like slipping up I think, ” what would Z do?” haha!
