We were traveling at the beginning of this week to Boise Idaho to shoot some workouts and photos for Bodybuilding.com as many of you know already from my Facebook and Instagram. I didn’t miss the opportunity to do a workout in my hotel room so I decided to change up this week’s schedule to give you this workout ASAP while it’s still relevant ๐ I’m wearing my new socks I got at the L.A. Fit Expo. Aren’t they just the most awesome socks you’ve ever seen?? ๐ I love them
Workout Breakdown
5 Minute AMRAP
- Jump Lunge (x2) / Rockstar Jump Burpee x 5
- Criss Cross Toe Touch Knee Hug x 10
- Squat Twist Burpee x 5
- Leg Extension to High Plank Knee Tucks x 5/5

Did this one already today for 15 min. AMRAP (so, as my main workout). I completed 4 full rounds within the 15 min., *wo.Ot*! :p It was tough, specially the Toe Touches Knee Hugs (who’d tell, huh? ๐ ) ๐

Hi Zu…oh my abs girl! Still sore of that sliding workout! I am very tired today…no power at all! Anyways…I did 2 rounds with extra time, in time 1 round+exercises 1, 2 and 2 reps of exercise 3. Exactly same reps are you. See you, take care.

HI! I am going to be traveling for two weeks moving from one place to the other almost every day. I was thinking of carrying a travel yoga mat to make it easier but I don’t know if one of those extra-thin mats ( i.e. YOGO travel mat) is really suitable for fitness or will make no difference when I do your workouts… What is your advice? I am one who needs a mat when doing your exercises, as I find the naked floor too hard to lay down onto. Thank you very much. I am really delighted to have become a member of ZGym!!

It really depends on you and your personal preference. If you find the ultra thin mats comfortable enough for exercising, then you should be fine.
