Hi Guys,
Jesse and I have been busy building a new stage for my workout videos, so that I can shoot them at home. I was actually mostly just assisting ๐ Jesse is the one that put it all together and build the whole set. There is really nothing better than a handy man. My mom has been always telling me that I have to find someone that is handy like my grandfather was, and she was right. I love that about Jesse and appreciate the fact that he can fix anything around the house, car, and build a great looking furniture. This is our new dresser by the way that we’ve build together just recently (again I was just assisting).ย
I love the dresser so much and it made our bedroom look hundred times better. The stage was a way bigger project but it’s almost done. The video look really raw and the lighting is not the best, but I didn’t want that to stop me from posting the video. Sometimes it’s better not to try to be perfect. Anyways, let’s get to the workout. Warm up, get ready and lets do this! Here’s the video.ย
Jump Squat forward/back 10 reps
Side Crunch – left side 10 reps
Side Crunch – right side 10 reps
Plank and Kick Through 10 reps
Try to complete as many rounds as possible during the 5 minute countdown. Do not take a break and do not stop until the 5 minutes is over.ย

Have you gone back to your home country to visit your mother since your split? I wonder that because you were “home” a long time ago in the videos but you haven’t mentioned it anymore. Perhaps you come and go and never tell. It’s comprehensible but I would like to know how fine your mum is doing.

These 5 minutes workouts can do a lot if you really push yourself. Remember Tabata workouts have been proven long time ago to be super effective and those are only 4 minutes long. If the workout doesn’t seem intense enough even if you’re giving it your maximum, then you can always do more. Repeat it two or three times to get 15 minutes in.
