Hi Guys,
Jesse and I have been busy building a new stage for my workout videos, so that I can shoot them at home. I was actually mostly just assisting 🙂 Jesse is the one that put it all together and build the whole set. There is really nothing better than a handy man. My mom has been always telling me that I have to find someone that is handy like my grandfather was, and she was right. I love that about Jesse and appreciate the fact that he can fix anything around the house, car, and build a great looking furniture. This is our new dresser by the way that we’ve build together just recently (again I was just assisting).Â
I love the dresser so much and it made our bedroom look hundred times better. The stage was a way bigger project but it’s almost done. The video look really raw and the lighting is not the best, but I didn’t want that to stop me from posting the video. Sometimes it’s better not to try to be perfect. Anyways, let’s get to the workout. Warm up, get ready and lets do this! Here’s the video.Â
Jump Squat forward/back 10 reps
Side Crunch – left side 10 reps
Side Crunch – right side 10 reps
Plank and Kick Through 10 reps
Try to complete as many rounds as possible during the 5 minute countdown. Do not take a break and do not stop until the 5 minutes is over.Â

i watch zuzka since a long time and i still love her ::) she took me throu so many bad periouds in my life and i wouldnt be the woman i am today, if i wouldnt have accidently found one of her videos …. it was somewhere outsides with very high grass and zuzka had anckleweights with her and a mat and small dumbbells i think ::D i was very impressed from her workoutroutine ::) and she still keeps them coming ::D LOL unbelieveable … so i simply wanted to her to know: for me you are a very amazing woman and thank you very very much !!!

Great short WO !! I include it yesterday as follow: 10 minutes jogging, the 5 min WO (almost 3 rounds), 10 min running, a 12 min TABATA and finally, 10 min slow jog and walk (up hill !!)and 15 min of good stretch !
