Hi Guys,

Jesse and I have been busy building a new stage for my workout videos, so that I can shoot them at home. I was actually mostly just assisting 🙂 Jesse is the one that put it all together and build the whole set. There is really nothing better than a handy man. My mom has been always telling me that I have to find someone that is handy like my grandfather was, and she was right. I love that about Jesse and appreciate the fact that he can fix anything around the house, car, and build a great looking furniture. This is our new dresser by the way that we’ve build together just recently (again I was just assisting).

I love the dresser so much and it made our bedroom look hundred times better. The stage was a way bigger project but it’s almost done. The video look really raw and the lighting is not the best, but I didn’t want that to stop me from posting the video. Sometimes it’s better not to try to be perfect. Anyways, let’s get to the workout. Warm up, get ready and lets do this! Here’s the video. 

 

 

Jump Squat forward/back 10 reps

Side Crunch – left side 10 reps

Side Crunch – right side 10 reps

Plank and Kick Through 10 reps

 

Try to complete as many rounds as possible during the 5 minute countdown. Do not take a break and do not stop until the 5 minutes is over.

    Hi Zuzka!

    I just love these short workouts and that you’re really being more self sufficient.

    I did the 5 minute workout from 9/2 today and it was a blast.

    Today 9/3 I am 55 years young and I feel fantastic!

    I’ve been following you since 2009!

    Done this as my warm up, then proceed to a great spartan w/o on youtube since there isn’t any new uploaded w/o here. Does anyone know about what’s coming soon for the new w/o?? thought maybe i missed out something?? Anyway, i won’t let this upset my w/o routine as i always have lots of w/o collection for mixing up and backing up my daily w/o. So good day everyone, enjoy your w/o and have a lovely day.

    Tonight I did 4 excellents workouts, I´m so happy for that !! 😀 These are :
    Cardio Shred #12X Tabata
    5 minutes workout #19, …and I did 4 full rounds + #1 + #2
    5 minutes workout #15, … and I did only 2 full rounds, was slower than the other hahaha!
    5 minutes workout # 5, …and I did 5 full rounds + #1 +#2 + #3
    Those were my greats workouts, now Im going to sleep ! Good night to everybody !

    I did 5 minutes workout #5 and I did 6 full rounds, last time was very close, 5 full rounds + #1 + #2 + #3..

    Wowww! Was hard but not impossible! 🙂 Last time my “time” in Benchmark was 16:35 minutes, tonight 13:36 minutes, I was a little scare so much time without done this workout but now I’m in peace! 🙂 well, Also I did 5 minute workout # 5 and I did exactly the same 6 rounds.. Also I did 5 minutes of 3 differents exercises of Abs, and my last workout was KB # 1, two rounds but with my 20 kilos KB, and my time was 10:03 minutes.

    3 rounds in those 5 min. Wow this is awesome. Did it after 3 rounds of 5 min workout #31.

    I did 5 rounds of this workout after 10 min of this workout after 10 min of 5 Minute Workout#3 – Burpees and Abs(18.08.14)+ 10 min of 5 Minute Workout #6 – Cardio and Chest Workout (29.08.14) + 8 rounds of 5 Minute Workout #4(20.08.14).
    In 5 minute I did 3 rounds and 4 reps of first exercise, but I continue and did 5 rounds in 7:38. My bum was crying in the end.Thank you.

    Hi Zu and friends! This one is done also! Enough for the day. It is damn cold here and today is my sister’s birthday so I will go to mall and eat lots of sweet today. Score 123 reps- 3 rounds +3 reps of exercise 1. See you all, take care.
