Hi guys,

 

This workout is great for your abs, because it combines high intensity cardio and exercises that force all of the muscles in your midsection to contract. So make sure to give it all you have and push hard if you want your abs to show!

 

Workout Breakdown:

 

1. Jump Jack Jump Tuck x 10

2. Mountain Climber (2 jumps counts as 1 rep) x 10

3. Jump Lunge x 10

4. Side Burpee x 10

    That was brutal, I’ve pushed so hard. 3 rounds without 6 last side burpees. 5 minute workout can teach you how to fight like a real Warrior ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you Zuzka

    I did 2 rounds and a 1/2. Now I’m gonna enjoy my breakfast ๐Ÿ˜€

    DOes anyone feel like a toad doing the side burpees? I do, so I need to improve my form.

    Hi Zuzka, team and warriorz,

    Well I managed to talk myself into doing something today which was this routine along with the power yoga #2. In the 5 min AMRAP I only managed 1 round plus the first 3 exercises. But like I always tell myself ” at least I did something” ๐Ÿ™‚ Now, onto next weeks schedule ๐Ÿ™‚

    2 rounds + combo 1. Not at my best this morning, scratchy throat, feeling ugh… The cardio aspect of this workout killed me. Is it best to take a day or 2 off when you’re not feeling well? Or will working out help strengthen your ability to fight off the bug?
