Hi guys,

 

This workout is great for your abs, because it combines high intensity cardio and exercises that force all of the muscles in your midsection to contract. So make sure to give it all you have and push hard if you want your abs to show!

 

Workout Breakdown:

 

1. Jump Jack Jump Tuck x 10

2. Mountain Climber (2 jumps counts as 1 rep) x 10

3. Jump Lunge x 10

4. Side Burpee x 10

    Hi guys, Yesterday night I couldn´t do my workouts, I did a rest day, so tonight I did this amazing KB workout # 4X, an excellent challenge and great KB workout ! I really love it ! I did it in 18:15 minutes, and all exercises with 12 kilos KB ! But first I did 5 minutes workout # 23: then 5 minutes workout # 10, I did 5 full rounds + #1 + #2: last time I did it in 3 ful rounds + #1 so it was a good difference !! Good night to all of you and see you tomorrow ! 😀

    2 side burpees less then 3 rounds! Grrrr… next time I have to push harder! 🙂 Xxx

    KB wo # 9 all levels in 9:33 minutes, last time was 10:14 min.
    5 minutes wo # 34 ( great wo ! )
    5 minutes wo # 10 in 5 full round, last time was 5 full round + # 1 + # 2. 🙁 So bad…
    KB wo # 2X in 14:41 minutes and last time was in 12:11… So bad too !

    Ok, workout done today Sunday! I did the wo two times- 1st time 2 full rounds + 1, 2 (in 5 min) and 2nd time 2 full rounds + 1, 2, 3 (in 5 min) but in both I have done last exercises also with extra time. My time for 3 rounds was 6:16. Total done 6 rounds. See you, take care.

    This was crazy! I love to work out my legs, I can leg press 165# why is it when I do your workouts (jump lunges etc.) my thighs start to burn almost immediately???! I’ve been working out on and off for 5 years, I have danced competitively for 16?!?!? What’s the deal? I could keep up if it wasn’t for the burning
