Hi guys,

It’s Sunday, so I don’t want to make you do a full length workout, but try at least this short 5 minute routine. It will boost your mood and energy!

 

Workout Breakdown:

1. One leg dead lift / Side kick to Surrender Squat / Front kick x 5 sets on each leg

2. Crab toe touch / Breakdance push up 5 reps on each side

3. Plank Side Jump / Side Plank Knee Tuck x 5 sets on each side

Try to go through this circuit as many times a you can. Your goal is to complete as many total reps as possible.

    Did this with 12 lbs in my weight vest. Always surprisingly challenging when you emphasize perfect form. Love it, thank you! So simple and fun! Makes me feel like a ninja.

    favorite exercises!!! so i added 10 forward, double-back jump to one-arm planks and made it 12 minutes. two rounds, plus 10 kick-squat combos!!

    Tonight I did 4 excellents workouts, I´m so happy for that !! 😀 These are :
    Cardio Shred #12X Tabata
    5 minutes workout #19, …and I did 4 full rounds + #1 + #2
    5 minutes workout #15, … and I did only 2 full rounds, was slower than the other hahaha!
    5 minutes workout # 5, …and I did 5 full rounds + #1 +#2 + #3
    Those were my greats workouts, now Im going to sleep ! Good night to everybody !

    I really enjoyed this one; the combos are so much fun! I did it two times through to make a 10-minute workout. It snuck up on me, too—I’m a sweaty mess!

    5 minutes workout # 37, two times or 10 minutes
    5 minutes wokout # 15, also two times, and in both rounds, I did 2 full rounds ! 🙂
