    My fiancé and I did this and two other 5 minute workouts – I think he was very surprised and how intense and challenging five minute workouts can be! It was a great start to our Sunday together!

    Hi Zu and friends, first one of the day is done! 2 rounds + exercises 1 and 2 with little extra time. Within 5 min it was around 6 reps of exercise 2. Nice warm up. See you all, take care.

    I did this workout after work on Thursday this week. I had skipped my workout that morning and this workout was scheduled for the next day so I decided to just switch the schedule around and do this one after work so I wouldn’t end up skipping my workout all together for the day. I’m so glad I did, I felt amazing after this one.

    Oldy but goody, did this a couple of hours after I killed my toe with ninja jumps from body crush.lol I can’t bend my toe so this was perfect.
