Hi guys,

You may not have time for a 20 minute workout, but you do have 5 minutes to spare. Grab your Kettlebell and get ready, because we’re about to do an awesome routine that will keep you on track with your training and fitness!

Here’s your:

Warm Up Routine

Cool Down & Stretching 

 

 

Workout Breakdown:

 

This is a 5 minute count down so your goal is to complete as many reps as possible during the 5 minutes. Here’s your circuit of exercises:

 

1. Kettlebell Snatch alternating arms – 10 reps

2. Figure 8 squat with elbow twist (with Kettlebell) – 10 reps

3.  Squat jumps forward/back to drop down and up – 10 reps

 

I have completed 2 full rounds and 6 reps of kettlebell snatches. Have fun and try to beat my score!

    Hi Zuzka…last workout of the day…it was supposed to be easy day, right? This one was quite hard for me because of the heavy kb…I did 2 full rounds with 12kg kb and that is it :)…see you tomorrow, take care and have a nice weekend!

    5 minutes workout # 40, I did two times
    Summmer Shred # 5 X in 12 :30 minutes and last time was in 12:09 minutes
    5 minutes workout # 18 with 2 full rounds + # 1 + # 2 ! Loveeeeee KB exercises ( Snatches <3<3<3 )
    5 minutes of five dofferentes exercises of Abs, 50/10 , great workouts!
