Hi guys,

This workout got me winded pretty quick! I know it’s Sunday and we’ve worked pretty hard all week, but trust me, when I say that short workout like this one is all you need to boost your energy and put yourself in a happy and confident mood. You don’t have to always workout to lose weight or get abs. Let’s workout to feel good!

 

 

Workout Breakdown:

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and complete as many rounds and reps as possible:

1. Suitcase Squat with your Kettlebell (mine is 26lbs) x 5 reps

2. Donkey Kick Jump Squat x 5 reps

3. Suitcase Squat with your Kettlebell (other side) x 5 reps

4. Donkey Kick Jump Squat x 5 reps

5. Reptile Push Up 5 reps on each leg

    Ok…this one is also done! My suitcase was very heavy…hahah 🙂 I do not know if my form was good but I tried, hard to do with 12kg KB, rest was fine! 3 rounds…see you, take care.

    Dang it was hard after that 5min wo # 41… Did 2 rounds – both times 3 full rounds and 5 suitcase deadlifts both sides!

    5 minutes workout # 41, I did it twice
    5 minutes workout # 19, I did 4 full rounds + #1 + #2 + #3 and + 5 respa of reptile push ups, last time I did 4 full rounds + # 1 + # 2.
    Arm balance # 1, love Chatturanga exercise ! 🙂

    2 full rounds. first round I did the reptile pushup from my knees and then second round I did 5 pushups then 5 plank knee to elbows on each side.
