Hi guys,

This workout got me winded pretty quick! I know it’s Sunday and we’ve worked pretty hard all week, but trust me, when I say that short workout like this one is all you need to boost your energy and put yourself in a happy and confident mood. You don’t have to always workout to lose weight or get abs. Let’s workout to feel good!

 

 

Workout Breakdown:

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and complete as many rounds and reps as possible:

1. Suitcase Squat with your Kettlebell (mine is 26lbs) x 5 reps

2. Donkey Kick Jump Squat x 5 reps

3. Suitcase Squat with your Kettlebell (other side) x 5 reps

4. Donkey Kick Jump Squat x 5 reps

5. Reptile Push Up 5 reps on each leg

    I love the 5 min workouts. I am a busy Mom and would rather 5 min then no minutes. Sometimes I do 2 a day split between my day or I use toward paying off my indulgent meals.

    Im not sure if you know but your video is skipping and your voice is behined when you say 3 you already did five …hope that makes sense

    is it ok to have an ice lolly after my workout? i always crave them and i’ve heard post workout is the best time to eat sugar

    By the way, I did 6 rounds + 5 suitcase squats + 5 donkey jumps in 12 minutes.
