Hi guys,
This workout got me winded pretty quick! I know it’s Sunday and we’ve worked pretty hard all week, but trust me, when I say that short workout like this one is all you need to boost your energy and put yourself in a happy and confident mood. You don’t have to always workout to lose weight or get abs. Let’s workout to feel good!
Workout Breakdown:
Set your timer for 5 minute count down and complete as many rounds and reps as possible:
1. Suitcase Squat with your Kettlebell (mine is 26lbs) x 5 reps
2. Donkey Kick Jump Squat x 5 reps
3. Suitcase Squat with your Kettlebell (other side) x 5 reps
4. Donkey Kick Jump Squat x 5 reps
5. Reptile Push Up 5 reps on each leg

I thought that I shouldn´t workout today but .. it wasn´t possible, the temptation was stronger !! hahaha so I did this 5 min workout # 19 and also some KB exercises !! I’m ready for tomorrow workout ! have a nice week ! 🙂

Those reptile push-ups really slowed me down– so tough! How am I sweating this much after only a 5 minute workout??? Great job on this one, Zuzka!

I´m having a problem and I´m desperate :O haha… I live in Brazil and here it´s a little complecated with the credit on ours credit cards so at the moment i can not use it to pay because i do not have credit available. 5 minutes workout #15, … and I did only 2 full rounds, was slower than the other hahaha!
5 minutes workout # 5, …and I did 5 full rounds + #1 +#2 + #3
