Hi guys,

Here’s your workout for today. I have completed 2 full rounds, and all the reps from exercise #1 and #2.  Only 10 jump lunges were missing to complete the 3rd round. Next time I’m going to try for 3 full rounds! You guys don’t have to wait for that. You can try already today and really push the limits. I felt like this workout was quite hard, but it’s also the time of the month for me so that have probably played a role. Maybe I’m sharing too much information with you 🙂 Nuf of talking, let’s get to work!

 

 

Don’t forget to do your:
1. Warm Up Routine

2. Cool Down & Stretching

Workout Breakdown: 

1. Weighted push up to chair squat x 10

2. Plank rows alternating arms x10

3. Weighted jump lunge x10

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and complete as many rounds and total reps as possible!

    Men will never understand the level of determination women have in order to be consistent through their monthly cycle. Way to go! I always feel like I have to start my fitness journey over each month because my cycle is so disruptive to my ability to exercise.

    It’s not too much information! I, for one, love that you share that. I’m sure many women would agree that it’s nice to know you also struggle when its that time of the month because it reminds us that no one is immune to Aunt Flow’s evilness haha

    YAAA!! I LOVE plank rows – one of my go-to moves when I’m just too ..; whatever.. to stop making excuses and MOVE! lol!
    These moves I find a challenge because of needing to keep the hips still, so I really feel it when I concentrate on doing those right! Thanks for making a video with these again! 🙂

    Loved this one! Only finished two rounds but really felt it in my shoulders. Lots of room for improvement but I have to start somewhere

      Hi, I use whey protein with natural sweetener in it, omega 3 – fish oil, greens, herb teas, green tea, and I also like prenatal vitamins, because it really makes a difference in my hair, nails, and skin.

    Awesome! These workouts are so much easier to fit into life than going to the gym and I am getting so much more out of them. I feel more fit with a week of these than a month at the gym. It goes to show that Z is the right trainer for me! You know how to push and give the right tools to get healthy. I am excited to see where my fitness level will be in 2 months.

    BTW – I love the schedule being on the side. It is a reminder of which workout to do and shows me the next workout to be excited for!

    the w/o was not available this morning when I needed it. Is this going to be an issue again for Thursdays workout? I have to work out early because I have to be at work by 0630. Please can you make sure the workout is current for the day? Thank you!
