Hi guys,
Here’s your workout for today. I have completed 2 full rounds, and all the reps from exercise #1 and #2. Only 10 jump lunges were missing to complete the 3rd round. Next time I’m going to try for 3 full rounds! You guys don’t have to wait for that. You can try already today and really push the limits. I felt like this workout was quite hard, but it’s also the time of the month for me so that have probably played a role. Maybe I’m sharing too much information with you 🙂 Nuf of talking, let’s get to work!

Hi Zuzka, need help!!!! I was jumping rope this morning working out with you, and I teared my Achilles tendons in my right leg. I’m in a lot of pain, I’m wearing a support boot which i have to wear for many weeks, doctor’s order. Oh Z, i don’t known what I’m going to do, I’m like you have to workout everyday, my fav is jump rope, and now I’m doomed. .any suggestions.? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Love ya

This was killer! Completed 2 rounds + 7 wgt push-up to chair squat. This one really reminded me how I need to improve the range of motion in my shoulders. It’s nearly impossible for me to keep my arms overhead when I go into a squat. Anyone else have that issue? Any advice Z?

That’s a common problem for many people. Frequent Kettlebell training is really good for improving strength and range of motion in your shoulders.

Great Workout! Cleared only 2 Rounds + 5 weighted push up to chair squats.
I am still sore from a long gym session yesterday, but these small routines are just perfect for “rest days” 🙂

Hi Zuzka and all fellow warriorz 🙂
Completed 2 rounds of this routine. Tacked on a 4 minute tabata style intervals of light jump rope. All your routines are amazing. I am training a week behind you and I am feeling great so far. I love how I am feeling throughout the day. I look forward to my mornings for my next workout, even though I know I am going to die 🙂 I am checking out all the routines ahead of time and I can’t wait to do all of them. I have to admit the pistol routines are scaring the hell out of me, even those bottom pistols are going to be killer. But I am determined and hoping for the best 🙂

Doesn’t anyone care when someone has an injury? I’ve left several comments for Zuzka r the team r anyone, for suggestions but it just looks like the only thing people talk about on here is to make sure that Zuzka knows how great she is! !! We all known she’s awesome but come on you all.. there are also other sites that have free workouts videos and are just as great. . Like Melissa Bender she’s also incredible and very attentive to her followers. I am actually pretty disappointed with this site..so come on keep on telling Zuzka HOW GREAT SHE IS….
