Hi guys,

Here’s your workout for today. I have completed 2 full rounds, and all the reps from exercise #1 and #2.  Only 10 jump lunges were missing to complete the 3rd round. Next time I’m going to try for 3 full rounds! You guys don’t have to wait for that. You can try already today and really push the limits. I felt like this workout was quite hard, but it’s also the time of the month for me so that have probably played a role. Maybe I’m sharing too much information with you 🙂 Nuf of talking, let’s get to work!

 

 

Don’t forget to do your:
1. Warm Up Routine

2. Cool Down & Stretching

Workout Breakdown: 

1. Weighted push up to chair squat x 10

2. Plank rows alternating arms x10

3. Weighted jump lunge x10

______________________________

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and complete as many rounds and total reps as possible!

    Zuzka, I did go to a sports medicine doctor, thats why I know I have a ruptured tendon in my right leg. I’m wearing a support boot, trying to recuperate without surgery. I know you are not a doctor Zuzka, no need to specify, I was only looking for suggestions during this down time. I have been working out for years, this type of injury can happen to anybody! I didn’t talk down to anyone I apologize for that. Instead of reprementing me you should be a little more compassionate, injury can happen to anyone. Thanks for your thoughts.

    2 full rounds. Did this one right after the most recent 5 minute ab workout and am dripping!

    Wow! This one is killer. I played the video three times through to make it a fifteen minute workout and kept with Zuzka’s pace. I also added the last set of jump lunges at the end each time before going back to run through the video again. I am dripping in sweat. Those chair squats were intense! Thanks for a great workout, Z!

    I did this with a pair of 5kg dumb bells thinking that yours looked about that weight too. Please, Zuzka, tell me that I was very-very wrong and I only failed so dramatically to keep pace with you because I used too heavy weights. Otherwise both thumbs up, it was a really good workout. Thanks a million.

      If you couldn’t keep up, it might be because you used heavier weights 🙂

    Yesterday January 22 I did 5 full rounds + 9 reps of exercise #1 and I did other workouts 😀

    BC #5 super but then this. 2 rounds plus completed all of ex 1 then continued to finish the 3rd round. Feel great now chemistry intensive school for the day!

    this was tough! did this one after 5min #19. my timer stopped just as I was about to complete the 2nd round of jump lunges so I finished them anyway.
    first 5 reps of firs round I used 7lb weights for 1st exercise. used 15lb dumbbells for rows and did not use weight for lunges.
    after the first 5 reps I did the pushups from my knees with no weights and juts kept the weight for the rows. Feeling very tired today and kind of in a funk.
