Hi guys,

Here’s your workout for today. I have completed 2 full rounds, and all the reps from exercise #1 and #2.  Only 10 jump lunges were missing to complete the 3rd round. Next time I’m going to try for 3 full rounds! You guys don’t have to wait for that. You can try already today and really push the limits. I felt like this workout was quite hard, but it’s also the time of the month for me so that have probably played a role. Maybe I’m sharing too much information with you 🙂 Nuf of talking, let’s get to work!

1. Warm Up Routine

2. Cool Down & Stretching

1. Weighted push up to chair squat x 10

2. Plank rows alternating arms x10

3. Weighted jump lunge x10

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and complete as many rounds and total reps as possible!

      + 5 minutes of rope jumping

    Did this after EDT and it was a killer 🥵🔥OMG,sooo hard!61 reps with 5 kg KB😅💦

    I did this as my afternoon bonus. Really good workout!! I used only 3kg DBs, so I could speed up plus I could lift my arms properly during a chair squat.I love how it engaged my posterior delts!
    Managed 3 full rounds.
