Hi everyone!

So today we’re doing a 5 minute workout and I decided to share with you six pack abs secrets workout that I shot just recently for Bodybuilding.com ( you can see the entire post here). Β This workout is really going to target your abs and your entire core so brace yourself for a really challenging but short Thanksgiving routine πŸ™‚

HAPPY THANKSGIVING from Z, Jesse, Scott and the rest of the pack!

Workout Breakdown:

1. Push Ups x5

2. Plank jumps x 5

3. Jump tucks x5

4. V-ups x 5

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and go through these 4 exercises as many times as you can. Write down the total amount of reps and remember that the next time you do this workout, your mission is to beat your score! Let me know in the comments how many full rounds and reps total you completed.

    I did this! I know I was suppose to just do Essentrics stretching, but I just had to do this. 10 min and did the crazy bitch push ups where I came off the floor. Had to raise my legs on a stool for the sit ups though. Bye!

    3 rounds through 1 jump tuck! Phew!! Was a great, quick workout! Now to get dressed for Thanksgiving dinner!

    YEY!!!!!!!! Girls i did a PISTOL SQUAT. I couldnt believe it, after following Zuz for over three years i finally managed to do pistol squat. i honestly thought that built different way and it was preventing me from doing it, but i recently noticed that my lower back is much stronger i yesterday i did it!!! For those who can do it its not a big deal but for those who still struggles it means a lot. I was so happy i cant describe. Zuzka is it correct that you need to have strong back to be able to do it or i am making it up here? And another thing Zuzka thank YOU very much for making me so strong!!! xxx

      I also could do it after lots of attempts really! So the day i did it, hugged myself smiling and congratulating myself because I couldnΒ΄t believe it, honestly I thought I was just unable and got mad and desperated, but now…just like you!, and EVERYTHING thanks to you Zuzka… You are a super woman!! Lots of people love you. Thanks for all your awesome workouts, I do them every single day! I wish you and Jesse a great thanksgiving day. Of course, I will do this workout as soon as I go home tonight!
