Hi everyone!

So today we’re doing a 5 minute workout and I decided to share with you six pack abs secrets workout that I shot just recently for Bodybuilding.com ( you can see the entire post here).  This workout is really going to target your abs and your entire core so brace yourself for a really challenging but short Thanksgiving routine 🙂

HAPPY THANKSGIVING from Z, Jesse, Scott and the rest of the pack!

Workout Breakdown:

1. Push Ups x5

2. Plank jumps x 5

3. Jump tucks x5

4. V-ups x 5

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and go through these 4 exercises as many times as you can. Write down the total amount of reps and remember that the next time you do this workout, your mission is to beat your score! Let me know in the comments how many full rounds and reps total you completed.

    Wasn’t sure how I’d do after eating so much this afternoon. 7 rounds ended after 2 jump tucks. Perhaps I just earned another glass of wine 🙂

    Great workout and love it !!! 7 full rounds, 5 push ups, 5 plank jumps and 5 jump tucks.. almost 8 rounds !!hahah …but it was awesome !!! Ready for tomorrow ! <3 🙂

    I did it twice! Complete 9 rounds the second time through 😀 Man that hurt my core though!

    6 rounds, 3 push ups (on my knees).. I want to aim for full pushups!

    Okay. I matched your rounds but just 2 pushups. I did this after body crush #9…. Because I didn’t do it yesterday and I wanted to keep with your schedule to see what changes happen to my body. Thanks Z!
