Hi everyone!

So today we’re doing a 5 minute workout and I decided to share with you six pack abs secrets workout that I shot just recently for Bodybuilding.com ( you can see the entire post here).  This workout is really going to target your abs and your entire core so brace yourself for a really challenging but short Thanksgiving routine 🙂

HAPPY THANKSGIVING from Z, Jesse, Scott and the rest of the pack!

Workout Breakdown:

1. Push Ups x5

2. Plank jumps x 5

3. Jump tucks x5

4. V-ups x 5

Set your timer for 5 minute count down and go through these 4 exercises as many times as you can. Write down the total amount of reps and remember that the next time you do this workout, your mission is to beat your score! Let me know in the comments how many full rounds and reps total you completed.

    I did 5 conplete rounds and 5 pushups this time. Beat my first attempt by a full round. It’s nice to see improvement. 🙂

    Hi everybody, here my workouts :
    5 minutes # 25 = 10 full rounds+ exercises #1, #2, and #3
    5 minutes # 16 = 1 full round
    5 minutes # 17 = 3 full rounds + 4 reps of exercise #1 … AND…
    KB #1 Beginners (again) = 2 full founds in 10:03 minutes !!!
    My night workouts was great, I feel wonderful !!!! 😀

    This was my first time on this round… only 4 rounds and + #1. But I went over time and did the complete five rounds…. Hopefully next time I will be much faster… Those of you who did 7 and 8 rounds in 5 min…. WOW, good job!!

    I did 5 rounds plus exercise #1,2 and 3 – a great, quick workout followed by JRC #4 and the new kettlebell workout (love!) – many thanks!

    I did KB #9 and my time was 10:14 minutes with my 12 kilos KB ! then I did 15 minutes Six pack Abs, part 1, with 2 full rounds + #1 + #2 + 15 reps of exercise #3 ! And finally I did 5 minutes workout #21 with 11 full rounds + #1 +#2 + #3, last time I did in 7 rounds + #1 + #2 + #3,.. Im really impressed of myself, a great difference !
    Amazing workout, but I couldn´t do again Abs part 1, that 20 knee hugs and jump tuck killed me !! 😀

    I did this one after another 5 minute workout – managed to squeeze in seven rounds and kept up with Zuzka, which I am happy with! 🙂
