This workout is quite intense, but it’s nothing like our Body Crush, Cardio Shred and other workouts from ZGYM. It’s perfect for busy days, because it’s going to give you energy and it will put you in great mood without taking up too much of your time.  It’s kind of fun to move so fast from one exercise to another, but you have to be quick. You’ll have no time to rest at all and you’re going for maximum reps for each exercise. That’s what makes these 5 minutes sometimes feel like an eternity, but at least it’s not a waste of your time. The more intense the workout feels, the more benefits you’ll get out of it!

 

 

 

Warm Up Routine

 

Workout Breakdown:

Intervals 25 sec / 5 sec

1. Dynamic180 Burpees

2. High Knees jump rope

3. Weighted side lunge jump knee up

4. High Knees Jump Rope

5. Bicycle in Boat

    Thanks for another awesome workout, Zuzka! I did this one three times through to make a 15 minute workout. I especially loved the side lunge combo! I agree that I always feel so energized after your workouts, Z! I do them first thing in the morning, and they leave me feeling wonderful and ready for the day ahead. 🙂

    Hi !! well, as I rest yesterday, today I did Guns and Pistols # 4, three full rounds + # 1 and 13 Dips chair !! great workout !! and then I did 10 minutes of workout # 22 !! Amazing day, ready for tomorrow ! Thanks Zu !! 😀
