Workout Routine

This is a super intense full body blast workout that will get your heart rate through the roof. You can use a large plastic container, or a plyo box, bench, big suitcase, chair, basically anything that’s at your knee level. You can also stack a few pillows on top of each other.

      I’m just about to do the workout! After yesterday’s bench mark im looking forward to an easy one – well easier – well it looks easier – hmmm maybe I should only speak after I’ve actually done it 😀

    This is great! Yesterday benchmark workout have killed me. I wanted to give up after second round but I didn’t 😀
    I’m having a competition at work – loose 2% of body fat in 10 weeks- and I hope that I’ll win it.
    Love your workouts and your coffee talks. Especially when you’re motivating us!

    Just fantastic! One to be repeated in the future! I’ve gone from jumping over a 6 inch stool to a 12 inch cardboard box today yay! And now sweat is dripping as i type this lol!

    Great one! My quads are so sore from yesterday’s benchmark workout..so this jazzed them up a bit again! I did one round, a round of CASH #3, and a round of 5 Minute workout #10. Great one Z!
