I’m not posting a comment about this workout in particular but I wanted to share a story with you. In 2011, I started following you when you were stillag bodyrock. I lost 40lbs by following your workouts and nutrition advice. I have always had problems with my weight and now I was in the best shape of my life. I finally found something that worked for me. Fast forward to today, I got pregnant in August of 2011 so my victory was so short lived. I tried to stay committed to my fitness routine but I had a rare complication during my pregnancy that required me to be on bed rest for five months until I gave birth my to my beautiful, miracle of a son. Motherhood has taken me on such an incredible journey but I have struggled for almost three years now to find balance with my health. I wondered where you were and tried to follow your ex but I couldn’t watch the new girl on bodyrock (she was annoying, too pushy and it felt superficial and no longer the supportive spirit that helped me push for my best). I tried to find where you went and stumbled across a few of your new videos but struggled to find structure in the routines again. Long story, longer… 🙂 I am 205lbs today and my Aunt is going through a liver transplant for Liver Cancer. I sat at her hospital bedside the other day and she told me that I need to take care of myself, to care about what I eat and how I live. I searched for a personal trainer online and thought I wonder if she’s still around. AND HERE YOU ARE! I found you again, signed up to be a member and did the beginner workout yesterday! I love your new site! You are the best personal trainer I have ever had. I feel so confident about starting this journey with you again. I’m staying with you and can’t wait to share my progress! I have missed your advice, your encouragement and inspiration. Thank you!

Great Workout !!!! I modified the jump box as my ceiling in my basement is not high enough to jump over a box; I used the first step to jump on it.

Hi Zuzka! I really enjoyed this workout! I did it 6 times for a total of 15 minutes.
This is a great conditioning workout for people who practice parkour. I really loved it because it was really fun. I love box jumps. I am finding that they really help with building jump strength, which is crucial in parkour. You have to be able to explode up and out! I have been using a stool that is higher than my knees and try to keep my knees together with each jump. One thing I like about this workout is that I can decide to gradually jump over something higher and progress.
