Our bodies are designed to move on a daily basis and variety is the key to result driven exercise program. Today is our short day so that our body gets just the right amount of exercise and rest. All you have to do today is to be tough for the following 5 minutes and give me all of your energy. You don’t have to see me for the rest of the dayโ€ฆ Until tomorrow ๐Ÿ™‚

    Super Wo! I used a 10lb DB. The rock star jump burpees were intense. I did it twice! Have a great day everyone!

    Awesome workout!!!! I added a bit more cardio to it and did 4 rounds in 21:30. After each set I did a set of jump rope for a total of 6 sets per round. Thankfully I work out alone because I lost my pants on each set of rock star burpees!! ๐Ÿ˜› Feeling great!

    This one was fun ๐Ÿ™‚ a good stretch and I’m good to go ๐Ÿ˜€ thanks Zuzka !!! I love the outfit, but I love it even more on the cover photo, when I first saw this pastel pink leggings I was like “I HAVE TO GET THIS ONE” hahaha but it’s a bit darker ๐Ÿ™‚ love it tho ๐Ÿ˜€

    super fun, intense, and sweaty! I used a 15lb kettlebell for the challenge because I only have 2lb yoga balls..

    Reading my comment from this morning i realised i’d wrote the incorrect weight of my DB down argh…..it was an 8kg DB NOT 12kg!
    Me too on your leggings, Zuzka! They SO suit you and look great with yellow!
