Awesome workout!!!! I added a bit more cardio to it and did 4 rounds in 21:30. After each set I did a set of jump rope for a total of 6 sets per round. Thankfully I work out alone because I lost my pants on each set of rock star burpees!! ๐ Feeling great!

Reading my comment from this morning i realised i’d wrote the incorrect weight of my DB down argh…..it was an 8kg DB NOT 12kg!
