I didn´t do this workout yesterday but I´ll do tonight saturday with KB #7X… I did 5 min workout #1, KB workout #8 in 9:42 minutes,last time was in 10:01 and the last workout was KB #6X in 20:40 minutes.

Loved this one! The moves were a lot of fun. I did it two times through for a 10-minute workout. I think we can workout hard and do our best, but still have fun! 🙂

Good one! I didn’t count my reps, but I know I was a little slower than Z. Completed the 5min workout after my weight training, great way to spice things up and kick up my heart rate. Sure beats spending 20mins on he treadmill!
