I don’t know how about you, but I think I’m ok doing only a 5 minute workout today 🙂 The routines we did in the last two days were hard so it wouldn’t be a surprise if you were experiencing post workout muscle soreness. In that case, try to get more protein into your diet, and do some extra recovery tricks, such as the deep tissue massage, stretching, or make yourself a cup of ginger tea.
I don’t want you to skip your training all together. If you don’t feel too sore today, try to go for maximum amount of reps in each interval. If you do feel sore, then make sure that you don’t skip your warm up and then just try to move through each interval in your own pace. You have to move to help your muscles with faster recovery. By the way I had no idea that so many people would love those pants!

Thank you for this! I was sore from my own workout yesterday and thought i would take a day off, but then when I saw this I though, “well, I can do 5 minutes!!” so fun and challenging! I really appreciate your workouts. keeping them short keeps them super motivational, and gets me to work out when i’m just not feeling it…most of the time, once i start, i’m in the groove and want to keep going after your videos are over! thank you for being your positive, sincere self as well. you are definitely an inspiration! Great 5 minute workout! I’ve been doing short workouts because I sprained my ankle Saturday. I cant run or do high knees. So with modifications I can manage 5 minutes. This one was tougher than it looked…one of my favorites.
