2. Mountain climber (x4) to hand release push Up

We are on a mini-vacation in Idyllwild for the weekend and we went hiking today but I did this workout before our hike and it really helped warm me up. It’s chilly up here compared to where I live but also 6,000 feet higher in elevation so the hike was quite a challenge too!
