Workout Breakdown
1. One arm Burpees alt. (without push up)
2. Mountain climber (x4) to hand release push Up
3. Jump Lunge (x2) to Squat Jump
4. Leg lift / Knee tuck
5. Jump tuck to rockstar jump

Did 6 mins jump roping. A body challenge and this 5 min amazingness. Loved it Ty!!!

I did this one after JRC#3. I pulled my back again getting too excited about using my 25 #KB and exhausted myself and lost my form 🙁 bad, bad me. Anything going from plank to squat hurts so I just step back slowwwly one leg at a time. I really want to do the new KB WO tomorrow but I might half to do something else luckily Jump roping doesn’t hurt!

Oh my god I LOVED this one !!! I told you, when it’s only one round, it’s easier to push hard hahaha I’m so lazy 😀 but these types of workout works really well for me and my lazy butt 😀 !!! I love it !!!!

Hi Zuzka! Just a quick question, maybe for your next coffee talk 🙂 What’s your opinion about sweating? I love a good sweat and my goal is always to work out so I have sweat dripping down my face. However, I never sweat as much as you do, even though I work really hard. I’m guessing because you live in LA and I live in cold Belgium (and heating is expensive!) this may have something to do with it, but how important is it, to you, to be sweating buckets? I’ve heard some trainers say that sweating is really important for weightloss and general detoxification. Would you suggest turning up the heat during a workout? Do you burn more calories when you sweat more? It’s something i’m generally quite curious about and I would appreciate anything you have to say on the matter. As always, thanks so much for all that you do, you inspire me and I have gotten into terrific shape thanks to you, with 2 kids under 3, working and doing full time studies no less. It can be done!
