did this 3x’s through. Loved it. Like the goblet squat and kick. that is tough. Thanks Z! Always can count on you to make me sore (in a good way!) and out of breath!

Did 2 rounds using 30lb KB for swings and deadlift, 25lb KB for goblet and added a 30lb DB for bridge.
Total of 187 reps.

Have to say.. I just looked around on Youtube some other fitness workout videos, and I found out something: I just never could do the workout with those. None of them are not as good as you. First of all, Your videos are so inspiring, you are inspiring! You look always good, your outfits are great, your body is perfect, the way you speak (sound and style, you are friendly) is awesome and the whole video is bright and nice to watch. I’m sure those other videos on Youtube are great and workouts are effective too, like yours, but still. For me it’s important that the person who is in the workout video is nice to watch too. Good workout with great person, is very important – it gives a lot’s of energy. I just think that you are great and your style is so “sunny and bright” which is important. I’m just your Big Fan, That’s all ๐ <3 So, Thank You!

Did 2 rounds with 35lb KB for the swings and 25lb KB for everything else. This was fun! And difficult enough where I could keep up my form and not feel like perishing haha Here’s my scores: 1. 25,24; 2. 26,26; 3. ยฎ 8,7; 4. (L) 8,7; 5. 8,8; 6. 24,24
