Loved the one-legged goblet squats/front kicks! Very effective! Did 3 rounds with my 25lb kettlebell. Could have used a heavier KB for the swings but definitely not for the one-legged goblet squats.

I’m going to try to do this twice as my second workout of the day. That way I won’t feel so guilty for consuming the carbs I will be having later. Hehe. ๐

Zuzka, what type of workout mat do you use? I have a yoga mat and a few of the foam that fit together like a puzzle. Neither is working for me. They both slide around and the foam one is too thick and comes apart during my workout.

I loved the one leg goblet squat to kick. Burn!! Zuzka, I ordered my Mom a Lorna Jane outfit for Mothers Day but I haven’t even received an email saying that it has shipped. I have called and left messages and emails and NOTHING! I am concerned that I will have nothing for her. It was an excellent night ! I did 5 minutes workout # 33 two times; then I did KB all levels # 7, the 3 full round in 11:48 mintes and last time was 12:55 minutes! And to finish my night, I did 12 minutes of abs! See U ๐
