This workout may be short, but it’s an awesome routine to keep you consistent with your training while helping your muscles with recovery. If you feel like you have a lot more energy and don’t need a short day for recovery, then I would suggest you to do this workout once in the morning and then once later in the day. This way you’ll be spending more energy without exhausting yourself. Remember that tomorrow you’ll be doing another intense workout and you don’t need to push yourself so hard every single day to see amazing results. Have fun!     I am in love with this workout! I practiced doing the squat with the snatch overhead with my 10LB KB and finally got the mechanics of it!! Used my 20LB KB KB for those in the workout and my 26LB KB for the rest. I kinda looked like a beetle stuck on it’s back with the roll back to overhead press, as a couple of times I didn’t have enough momentum to stand up and had to re-roll.

    Congrats to Shelby, such a cute surprise ๐Ÿ™‚

    JCR TOMORROW !!!! My fave ๐Ÿ˜€ can’t waiiiiiiiiiiit !!! I have to motivate myself to do it earlier because tomorrow evening is my stepfather’s Bday, and we’re surprising him with a party, msuicians and all :O can you imagine how AWESOME it’s going to be ? Can’t wait to see his WTF face ๐Ÿ˜€

    Tonight I was a mess in my workouts ! My energy was down an also I was tired, I don’ t know why…but …Wwll anyway, I did great 5 minutes workout # 34; KB # 9 all levels in 9:33 minutes, last time was 10:14 minutes; Also I did KB wo # 2X, I was horrible in this wo, because my time was more minutes than last time I did it, 14:41 minutes and before was 12:11 minutes.. Also I did 5 minutes workout # 10 and also I was soooo bad! I did 5 full rounds and last time was 5 fulla rouds + #1 + # 2 ! Good night to everbody !

    Imagine. You are sitting down. drinking your usual bullet proof coffee. watching your 5 minute workout , getting all motivated….and BAM! your man has Zuzka ask you to marry him!!!!!! it’s creepy. just saying. does anyone know if she said yes?
