Hey guys,

Today I’m being lazy and I’d like to encourage you to be lazy with me πŸ™‚ You guys have been pushing yourself so hard in the ZGYM doing the Summer Shred workout series and I feel like you need a little break in a form of an easy routine. I know that my ZGYM Warriorz are going to repeat this workout at least 3 times, because you guys are animals and so many of you are really pushing yourself for the contest. I totally support this attitude, so if you do have the energy, go ahead and repeat this workout 3 or 4 times if you want. Just keep in mind that you’ll be doing another X-treme Summer Shred tomorrow.

    I’m still sweating and puffed out of breath even with it being an easy workout lol! Did 5 rounds and used light dumbbells today….4kg.

    And…i can finally do a snatch! I’ve been practicing this morning and it clicked in my brain how to do it! I can do it with my 12kg with my right arm but have to reduce weight with my left arm to a 7.5kg kettlebell.

    A great workout, Zuzka! Your abs look AMAZING!!

    I really feel lazy today, ydays schedule kicked my butt. And its not even 11am and its super hot already. I think I will take it easy today (following your advice Zu) and this will be my only w/o today. I think its going to be probably 4 rounds for me, as soon as I get off my butt. Lol. Happy Friday everybody!

        Rachel, lazy bones to the max… I just did the workout now, couldn’t make myself to do one in the morning… I should be ashamed, haha! πŸ˜€ Soooo, I wasn’t lazy 100% – I did 4 rounds of this one with 12lb and 7lb db, and 2 rounds of 5 min #16! πŸ˜€ Hope you’re okay with that… πŸ˜‰ Its okay, I kno you’re jk, love ya back πŸ™‚

      They look light, I doubt they’re more than five pounds.

      I think they aren’t heavier then 4 lb, maybe even less then that… I saw similar ones to hers in the store and they were 4lb each… πŸ™‚

      Those weights don’t belong to me. I did this workout at my friend’s house and her little dummbells had a little bit of dust on and I felt sorry that no one have been using them πŸ™‚ haha

    You know what I like the least about side planks? My feet. I’m always trying to readjust them so they don’t hurt. Does anyone else have this problem?

    I did this one twice with 5 minute #36(butt) in between. When I do my second workout today I will do this one twice with 5 minute #16 in between. I used two 5 lb dumbbells. Burned 150 calories with all 3 5 min workouts.
