Hey guys,
Today I’m being lazy and I’d like to encourage you to be lazy with me ๐ You guys have been pushing yourself so hard in the ZGYM doing the Summer Shred workout series and I feel like you need a little break in a form of an easy routine. I know that my ZGYM Warriorz are going to repeat this workout at least 3 times, because you guys are animals and so many of you are really pushing yourself for the contest. I totally support this attitude, so if you do have the energy, go ahead and repeat this workout 3 or 4 times if you want. Just keep in mind that you’ll be doing another X-treme Summer Shred tomorrow.

I love 5 min. workouts! It really saved my life when I was studying for my degree examinations (3 hours of studying and then 5 min workout). It helped me when I was sick of studying ๐ After full workout I was feeling to tired, bud 5 minut of workout was refreshing.

love it. It felt like a Yoga wo. I could feel those hip raises. Did 40,40, 20, 17,17. Thanks.
Then I did 5 minute wo # 16, then I added 10 reps of every move I know with my kettebell because I FINALLY got one and I’m getting use to it. Z is so right about it not being the same with other kind weight.

I did this one time through. Then I did a few rounds of dive bombers, push-ups and pistols. I was pleasantly surprised that the pistols were easier today! Summer shred is definitely doing its job!!!
