Hey guys,

Today I’m being lazy and I’d like to encourage you to be lazy with me ๐Ÿ™‚ You guys have been pushing yourself so hard in the ZGYM doing the Summer Shred workout series and I feel like you need a little break in a form of an easy routine. I know that my ZGYM Warriorz are going to repeat this workout at least 3 times, because you guys are animals and so many of you are really pushing yourself for the contest. I totally support this attitude, so if you do have the energy, go ahead and repeat this workout 3 or 4 times if you want. Just keep in mind that you’ll be doing another X-treme Summer Shred tomorrow.

1. Single Leg Hip Raise L- 50 sec

2. Single Leg Hip Raise R – 50 sec

3. Rocky Sit Ups – 50 sec

4. Side Plank Reach Through R – 50 sec

    I love 5 min. workouts! It really saved my life when I was studying for my degree examinations (3 hours of studying and then 5 min workout). It helped me when I was sick of studying ๐Ÿ™‚ After full workout I was feeling to tired, bud 5 minut of workout was refreshing.
    Soo thanks for them ๐Ÿ™‚

    love it. It felt like a Yoga wo. I could feel those hip raises. Did 40,40, 20, 17,17. Thanks.
    Then I did 5 minute wo # 16, then I added 10 reps of every move I know with my kettebell because I FINALLY got one and I’m getting use to it. Z is so right about it not being the same with other kind weight.

    I am so jealous of that pool! Does everyone have a pool there? Not even warm enough here on Colorado for outdoor swimming. I need to head to CA!

    Zuzka! wow!! to me youยดve got the most beautiful body i’ve ever seen! and your bikini is just beautiful!! I really enjoyed this workout, it works everything a woman needs to work in right? did it four times ๐Ÿ˜€ not easy I have to admit…haha

    I did this one time through. Then I did a few rounds of dive bombers, push-ups and pistols. I was pleasantly surprised that the pistols were easier today! Summer shred is definitely doing its job!!!

    nice quick workout, I used it as a rest day, need it as my knee is aching a bit. Love the side plank reach through. ๐Ÿ™‚
