5_minute_workout_41_butt_workout

This is a very easy workout, that everyone can do regardless of their fitness level. All you need is an exercise mat and 5 minutes of your time. I felt a nice burn despite the fact that I didn’t even have to stand up!

You can repeat this circuit one or two more times, or you can pick any one or two of my other 5 minute workouts to get at least 10 – 15 minutes in. You can also split them across the day and do the 5 minute routines here and there, whenever you get the time and mood for it. No need to push yourself too hard today, because tomorrow we’re going to do another hard workout in the ZGYM and your body needs to take it easier on some days.

1. One leg hip raises – left leg

2. One leg hip raises – right leg

3. Hip raises on your toes

4. Crossed leg hip raises – left leg

5. Crossed leg hip raises – right leg

6. Plank heel raises – left leg

7. Plank heel raises – right leg

8. Laying leg circles – left leg

9. Laying leg circles – right leg

10. Hip raise/ knees in & out

Each exercise is 30 seconds long, and there are no breaks in between. Just go straight through the circuit.

    Hi Zu…I did this workout today…3 rounds with breaks between rounds, using 2kg ankle weights. Good workout. Reps below. See you, take care.

    Sept 2015- 3 rounds
    1 and 2-22/20/20, 3-20/20/20, 4 and 5-17/17/17, 6 and 7-25/25/25,8 and 9-30/30/30, 10-15/15/15

    Hi Zu…I did this one today just to move my butt and hips a little, I have MT class today so workout should be light otherwise I almost die in the class. See you, take care, a great weekend to everybody.

    1st time-June 2015-3 rounds (no weights)
    2nd time-Sept 2015-3 rounds (2kg ankle weights)
    1 and 2-22/20/20, 3-20/20/20, 4 and 5-17/17/17, 6 and 7-25/25/25, 8 and 9-30/30/30, 10-15/15/15
    3rd time-Nov 2015-1 round (2kg ankle weights)
    1 and 2-20 , 3-20, 4 and 5-20, 6 and 7-30 , 8 and 9-25, 10-20

      I don’t have a lazy workout for upper body 🙂 but if you like these 5 minute fat burning routines, I’m sure there’s something for upper body as well.
